Ingredients

  1. 1 large ripe fresh pineapple
  2. 1 ½ gallons water
  3. 2 cups brown sugar
  4. 1 medium apple, cored and sliced
  5. ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  4. Strain tepache though a sieve in order to remove solids and store drink covered in the refrigerator.
