Easy Brazilian Spiced Salmon

Filipinos love to eat this dessert. Different presentations can be used to offer it. It typically has little sweet corn kernels within and flakes of roasted coconut meat on top when it is served in the Philippines. Shredded Cheddar cheese is frequently added on top.

Ingredients

  1. 4 salmon fillets
  2. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  3. 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  4. 4 cloves garlic, minced
  5. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  6. 1 teaspoon paprika
  7. 1 teaspoon chili powder
  8. ½ lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet.
  2. Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Mix olive oil, brown sugar, garlic, smoked paprika, paprika, and chile powder together in a bowl. Spread mixture over salmon fillets. Squeeze lemon juice on top.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until fish flakes easily with a fork, 13 to 15 minutes.

I think lemon might be a lime because in Brazil they call a lime a lemon vise versa just a thought to this recipe or they use scilian lemon which is kinda like in the US

Super easy and everyone loved it. I am making it again this as it is a favorite already. Might add just a few red pepper flakes to ad a little kick
