Instructions
- Puree 4 seeded jalapenos, 1 cup cilantro, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1 garlic clove, the juice of 1 lime and 1 tablespoon olive oil. Season with salt.

Been making it for years. Always a hit.
Made this today and I thinks it’s going to become a staple in my fridge. Used left over cilantro, stems and all, omitted the olive oil and added the zest and juice of one whole lime and little sour cream for a little zing. Oh, I also didn’t have any garlic so I substituted one shallot.
Great recipe. So easy to make.
Delicious sauce – we make it whenever we have Mexican food and it’s even great drizzled on simple roast chicken to give it a bit of kick, or a sauce on burgers!
