Ingredients

  1. 2 cups chilled prosecco (Italian sparkling white wine)
  2. 1/4 cup chilled vodka
  3. 2/3 cup frozen lemon sorbet
  4. 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Pour the Prosecco and vodka into 4 champagne flutes. Spoon a scoop of sorbet into each flute. Sprinkle with mint and serve immediately.
