Ingredients

  1. Ground beef
  2. Potatoes, diced
  3. Peas
  4. Green peppers, chopped
  5. 2 slices Velveeta cheese, diced
  6. 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  7. Cooked pasta
  8. Fish sticks, as an accompaniment

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and saute in an oiled or buttered oven-proof pan for a few minutes. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven until cooked through and set.

I don’t know how thick to slice the Velvetta. Don’t know how much pasta or what type to cook. Don’t know how many green peppers or potatos to use. I don’t like to measure when I cook but I would like an idea on approximately how much to use.
