- 1 (14-ounce) can peaches
- 1 bottle chilled Brut Champagne
Instructions
- In a blender, puree can of peaches with juice. Pour 1 part pureed peaches into each Champagne flute, and then add 2 parts Champagne to each flute.

What a nice addition to a Sunday Brunch!
something about this just wasnt there, I cant put my finger on it, but try something else
Wanted to see what it tasted like before I added the whole bottle. I was glad I did because the ratio must have been off and I ended up just finishing the bottle and eating the peaches the next day for breakfast.

Maybe I didn’t puree my peaches enough. It came out too “chunky”. I have found a better way of doing it is to use peach nectar or peach juice if you are looking to make a great Bellini. Also, instead of champagne (sometimes too dry) a nice sparkling wine is better.
