Beef and Lamb Dry Rub

Ingredients

  1. 4 teaspoons ancho chile powder
  2. 4 teaspoons chipotle chile powder
  3. 2 teaspoons ground coriander
  4. 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  5. 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  6. 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  7. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  8. 1 teaspoon fennel seed
  9. 1 teaspoon finely minced garlic
  10. 1 teaspoon dried dill
  11. 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  12. ½ teaspoon grated lime zest

Instructions

  1. Whisk ancho powder, chipotle powder, coriander, salt, black pepper, cumin, cinnamon, fennel, garlic, dill, mustard, and lime zest together in a small bowl.
