Excellent article. Recently I had the opportunity to visit Bangalore. I tried Mango lassi for the first time there. It was delicious.

great recipe, the cardamom seeds were the best! delicious with greek yogurt & almond milk
This went very well with a spicy curry dish that I made, the sweetness nicely offset the spiciness. I used a mango juice found at Wegman’s supermarket.
I think it sounds delicious and I made one and I how certain it is very delicious… I have a mango orchard on Pine Island Florida and our season is great.. I harvested a bushel this morning and have eaten so many I lost count already.. the smell is so wonderful the taste, melt in your mouth. I wish I could share some with you Jamie! This is good eating and so nutritious. All the best,

Loved this recipe. I had vanilla yogurt on hand added 1 packet of Splenda and 1 tbsp of honey. Will def make this a regular breakfast drink or a dessert treat.
I made it with frozen strawberries instead of mango, add a little less sugar than the recipe, and add a tea spoon of rose water. Just wonderful!!!
I think the smoothie was creamy and fresh.Instead of milk we used almond milk and instead of suger we used honey.
