Garlic Naan

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup (1 stick) salted butter, softened
  2. 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan
  3. 1 teaspoon garam masala, optional
  4. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  5. 3 garlic cloves, minced
  6. 4 pieces store-bought naan
  7. Chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Combine softened butter, shredded cheese, garam masala, if using, garlic powder and minced garlic in a small bowl. Spread evenly on the naan.
  3. Bake until butter is melted and bubbly, 5 to 7 minutes. (You can also broil for 1 to 2 minutes at the end to give it a more crisp top.)
  4. Garnish with fresh chopped cilantro.
