This is NOT a recipe. Why doesn’t she tell us how to make a coconut popsicle?

I found this item while searching for popsicle recipes. I was really hoping for a recipe when I opened this and was disappointed that it wasn’t something homemade, but I also appreciate the visual and idea for serving. Thought it was ingeneous to make it look like it’s sitting in sand. Thank you for the idea.

I tried this even though I was worried about all the sugar. The popsicles are sweet enough without putting more sugar on them. This is not really a recipe either. I expect more creativity from a professional cook/chef.

Coconut popsicles are great. What she did with them is insane. They are sweet enough on their own. Why dip in liquor or juice then in MORE SUGAR????? This isn’t a recipe nor should it be labeled as one. This is why Ingrid has few fans.
