I love the flavors , I don’t make tacos very often, but if I do I’ll make again! Very delicious !

Great spice mix! I see ppl talking about their beef not tasting meaty enough. I find that it’s all about the quality of beef I buy. Some are just completely tasteless. We live in Kentucky and I buy kentucky cattlemens. It’s incredible ground beef.

I have ulcers and the pre packaged stuff aggravates them. This recipe doesn’t (i leave out the pepper flakes) and it tastes amazing. NO store bought for me anymore!!thank you

Easy to make and I love that I can control how much salt is added. Definitely won’t be buying taco mix from the grocery store anymore!

I added a touch more garlic, but other than that, followed the recipe as noted. My husband decided to make taco meat to take for his lunches, so I offered to make this for him to try vs. purchasing packets in the store. He said it was great. Tasted very much like the packets, but with a little bit of a kick; which he enjoyed. If you are not into the heat factor, you could omit the crushed red pepper. I will be making this again soon.

wasnt expecting the spice so my grandmother cant eat it sadly but it was good

Half the salt… everyone owns salt and knows how to use it. Do the same if using fresh ground peppercorns, and that still may be too much. Otherwise, the recipe Rocks!

Best taco seasoning I’ve had

Love this mix, even though I have to leave out black pepper due to allergy. Recipe makes about 2 1/2 Tablespoons, perfect amount for one pound of XLean ground beef.

Wouldn’t change a thing

Loved the flavor!

GREAT recipe-VERY easy to make. Tweeked it and added Ancho dried chilis instead and a little dried minced onion. 3Tablespoons is about perfect for 1-1.5# of Venison burger. I also add about 3Tablespoons of butter to the meat while its cooking. Made the recipe x4 so have lots to use in the future. And I DONT add any water to the meat-the 3T of butter works much better!

Very good, easy Peasy! I made a recipe and a half for 1.5 pounds of ground beef, 85%.

Love this seasoning! I usually add more of the onion & garlic and use cayenne instead of red pepper flakes. I rub it on meats, put it in taco meat and dips, etc. I always have some made up.

Absolutely love this recipe! I use it all the time, no more packets for us! I use it weekly as is! A little spicy and very flavorful! Definitely recommend!

I add crushed red pepper flakes for an extra kick.
