Delicious! I was looking for a salsa to top white fish This was perfect! Used less cilantro and less jalapeño Other than that I followed to recipe exactly. Will make this many more times!

I did not have cilantro at home and used fresh pineapple. Amazing!

This has become a family favorite side with so many dishes. We like it especially with Mexican dishes. The sweet acid of the pineapple and creaminess of the avocado is a perfect compliment to warmer, spicier dishes!

On a whim I searched on avocado and pineapple and found this. Had everything on hand except the cilantro. Turned out fantastic, served on grilled chicken breasts. I normally wouldn’t give five stars to a salsa but this is really good, will make again and again.

This is a great recipe! I leave out the jalapeno (we do not like spicy! and use fresh pineapple. For the pineapple juice, I squeeze it directly from the fresh pineapple. I can not wait to try this as a marinade for chicken.
