Absolutely delicious!
Delicious. It’s the first time I made rutabaga and the whole family loved this dish. Will make again. So easy!
After 20 mins they were all burned black on the bottom. Where did I go wronng?
After 20 minutes at 425 these had a very solid crust – nearly burnt but not. I would them at least every 10 minutes and assume they’ll be done in 25.
Outstanding. Roasted with olive oil sea salt, black pepper, and a little herbed sea salt. At 20 minutes I turned over and put two pieces of bacon across the top. Very good
I added bacon when I flipped them at the 20 minute mark. Excellent!
This was so easy and delicious! Only thing I did was to flip veggies halfway through roasting time.
Missing 1/4 cup salted butter, 2 Tbs Brown sugar and salted after cooking. Turn mid way and again before time is up. Smaller pieces will Brown quicker so if using larger cubes add a pan of water to the bottom rack. Do not cover while baking.
Rutabaga came out very bitter. Is that normal? Neither my fiance nor I liked it. We followed the recipe exactly.
Did I miss something? How much salt and pepper was that?
