Instructions
- Puree 2 avocados and 1/2 jalapeno pepper in a food processor. Stir in a 7-ounce tub of hummus, a pinch of salt and a squeeze of lemon juice. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with celery sticks.

i enjoyed this recipe! i put about 5 oz of hummus instead of 7 because i wanted a little more of the pepper, cilantro, and avocado taste. a great healthy starter
Did not work well for me or my guests. Just a bit below ‘fair’ if that. Guests did not even finish the dip and I had to make something else. The hummus flavor overpowered the other flavors. I am removing this from my receipe box.
I brought this to a St Patty’s Day themed playdate with my mom friends and out toddlers. Everyone loved it. It tastes so fresh and yummy!
