Ingredients
- 4 ounces plain, low-fat soy milk
- 4 ounces acai, grape, or pomegranate juice
- 4 ounces frozen banana
- 4 ounces frozen strawberries
- 4 ounces frozen blueberries
- 4 ounces frozen peaches
Instructions
- Combine the soy milk, juice, banana, strawberries, blueberries, and the peaches in the carafe of a blender. Cover and refrigerate overnight or up to 8 hours.
- In the morning, or when the fruit is partially thawed, put the carafe on the base of the blender, start at the lowest speed and slowly accelerate to medium, until you achieve a vortex. Blend on medium for 1 minute. Increase the speed to high and blend for an additional minute. Serve immediately.

Love this smoothie every morning, but…why does the recipe say 3 servings? It’s 24 ounces of ingredients, and the video looks single-serving. What am I missing?

This came out great. I especially like the tip about using frozen items but leaving in the fridge overnight! Texture comes out perfect.
One note though: It says it makes 3 24 ounce servings and that’s incorrect. It makes 1 24 oz serving. The nutrition though is divided by 3 since I would say this recipe runs in the 300 calorie range if you drank all 24 ounces.
