Awesome pancake recipe! Can’t wait to make these again.
Excellent pancake recipe, light fluffy make improvise nest time with other fruit
Perfectly delicious!!! Best recipe for buttermilk pancakes with blueberries!
Wonderful with or without the blueberries! I use it as my “base” pancake recipe. I make pumpkin pancakes adding 3/4 cup of pumpkin, some cinnamon, allspice, ginger and nutmeg. Fantastic.
These worked out perfectly! I even added a bit of vanilla and nutmeg. They were a big hit!
Amazingly good – light, fluffy & juicy blueberries. I added 1 tsp vanilla & it was perfect!
BEST pancake I’ve ever made – puffs up thick but isn’t cakey, stayed light and fluffy. Added 1 tsp plus of vanilla, might try some orange peel next time?
Excellent recipe!!! I added a 1 tsp of vanilla.
This recipe was very delicious and easy! The pancakes come out light and refreshing. It’s nothing like a premix. They are not chewy nor too thick and cake-like. Definitely give this one a try!
Good recipe!! I added a touch more sugar and 2 tsp of vanilla!
