Raspberry Chia Seed Jam

Instructions

  1. Bring 4 cups raspberries, 1 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons lemon juice to a simmer in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring and mashing the berries, until thickened, 20 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in 1 tablespoon chia seeds. Refrigerate until cool.
