Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 cup fresh or canned pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds
Instructions
- Pour the coconut milk into a clean ice cube tray (it will not fill the entire tray) and freeze at least 4 hours or up to overnight.
- Add the coconut milk cubes, strawberries, pineapples, pineapple juice and flax seeds to a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
