Made these today as I have a BAD problem of night-time snacking. It is just what I needed for that crispy chip-like snack. So filling too because of protein & fiber. I haven’t even made the dip yet, just snacked on the Lavash squares. I plan to make them with sea salt & garlic powder in the future for varied taste. For those following Weight Watchers with Points Plus, 1/2 of a Joseph large lavash square bread is only “1” point. I cut it into 24 squares. An entire large lavash square bread makes 48 squares=2 points. Counting the squares makes counting points easier for me. Happy Snacking!

These are delicious and super easy to make. My husband and I make them all the time, adding kosher salt, pepper, and garlic powder. We make a large batch and put the extras in an air tight canister. They remain crisp for 2-3 days.

I could only find Joseph’s Flax, Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Lavash , but I’m glad I did, because it was fabulous — very Wheat Thin-like. They will be perfect with the HG Hot Couple salsa. Unbelievable that this tasty duo can be made in under 10 minutes. This recipe is a keeper!

My favorita lavash is Joseph’s Bakery low carb. I sometimes just sit and eat a sheet by itself. A package has (4 10-1/2 x 12-1/2 sheets in each package at 50 calories per SHEET!! When baked they are crunchy and great alone or with dips.

Hubby is watching carbs and this recipe fits the bill. He loves them with salsa and the laughing cow spreadable cheeses. I just have to get to the market that carries the lavash as they sell out quickly. :

This recipe was so easy and delicious. It is amazing that I was able to get about 40 squares (I made mine a little smaller) for only about 100 calories. I took these to a family gathering and everyone loved them.
