Reviews
Let’s face it. They aren’t like traditional truffles. But avocado taste is very subtle and it has a pudding-like consistency. They are OK.
I love avocado so I will definitely try them
Made them for my grandparents and we love them! Super easy, maybe keep in the fridge a little longer so they are easier to roll, but great
I’m not so sure about these… love the texture… but I taste the avocado… it’s just not quite right!
I even coated some with chocolate candy coating- again, loved the texture, but still taste avocado.
I probably would have been better off making guacamole first, then snacking on it while making traditional chocolate truffles! :):):) I’ll still give it 4 stars just because of the amazingly smooth texture. Easy to work with also- I found it very easy to roll the balls- my usual truffle recipe is a little on the sticky side.
Absolutely delicious! No one can tell there is avocado in these. I have made several times and my family and guest love them!
