Ingredients
- 2 tomatoes, divided
- 1 cup chopped zucchini
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 3 tablespoons A.1. Original Sauce, divided
- 3 tablespoons Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce), divided
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 pound extra-lean ground beef
- 4 sesame seed hamburger buns
- 4 lettuce leaves
Instructions
- CHOP 1 tomato; place in medium bowl. Add zucchini and cilantro; mix lightly. COMBINE mayo, honey, and 1 Tbsp. each A.1. and Sriracha sauce. Remove 2 Tbsp. mayo mixture; mix with vinegar until blended. Add to zucchini mixture; mix lightly. Refrigerate 15 min. HEAT grill to medium heat. Mix meat with remaining A.1. and Sriracha sauce just until blended; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties. Grill 5 to 6 min. on each side or until done (160 degrees F), adding buns, cut sides down, to grill to toast for the last minute. SLICE remaining tomato. Cover bottom halves of buns with lettuce; top with burgers, remaining mayo mixture and sliced tomatoes. Cover with tops of buns. Serve with zucchini salad.
