Used Cabot yogurt and NJ local honey but this was an odd halloween treat. After being in the freezer for about 4 hours, the consistency was odd; a little bit icy and not yet completely firm/bark like. It was difficult to cut yet broke apart okay like bark should. For whatever reason, I did not expect to have to leave it in the freezer until I wanted to eat it. I thought I would be able to leave in the fridge but I’m not convinced it would maintain the its shape. I certainly won’t save this recipe or make again, but it was my spouse who wanted to make this in the first place. Lesson learned!! haha
