Ingredients

  1. 4 firm ripe avocados, halved, pitted and peeled
  2. 1/2 small white onion, minced
  3. 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  4. Juice of 1 lime
  5. Kosher salt and freshly Ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Coarsely mash the avocados in a medium bowl. Lightly mix in the onion, cilantro and lime juice. Season the guacamole liberally with salt and pepper.

It was by far one of the simplest guac recipes I could find, one of the quickest to put together, and the most addictive appetizer amongst our guests!! I used onion powder (b/c we were out of real onions), and it was STILL a crowd-pleaser!
