Ingredients

  1. 2 avocados
  2. 1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro
  3. 1 tablespoon red or white wine vinegar, plus more if desired
  4. 1/2 jalapeno, minced
  5. 1/4 small Spanish onion, minced
  6. Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. Put the avocado, cilantro, vinegar, jalapeno and onion in a mixing bowl. Crush with a potato masher or fork until the mixture is half creamy, half chunky. Season with salt and pepper and add more vinegar if desired.

Delicious! The vinegar made it so green, too. I prepared it per the recipe, with the small of addition of crumbled feta. It may be blasphemous to true guacamole, but we like it. No more tomatoes or lime juice from now on, it is the GZ way!
