Good Day to you all!
My husband and I were just watching Diners, Drive In and Dives show (which we enjoy each week) featuring”Foolish Craigs Cafe” in Co.
Since I was unable to make contact by email directly, would it be possible to act on our behalf to share their recipe for their Oatmeal Stout Bread with me? I could just about smell it through the TV and since hubby and I are elderly we no longer travel outside New England area. We can’t stand store bought bread and since I’ve recently started making my own bread would love to make the special bread for him if the Cafe would relinquish this treasure.
Hoping they accept this request I humbly thank you in advance.

My best to you, your show and Craig’s Cafe.

This is awesome! I double the garlic and skip the dash of hot sauce. Fresh lime juice certainly makes the difference. Perfect! A tip: When you serve some out of the batch, smooth it out with the back of a large serving spoon then drizzle a little more lime juice on the top. This will help prevent browning. I keep mine for about a week like this.
Nice!
It turned out great. Tasty and not cream-ized!
Sorry, I hate cast dispursions, yet this is one star above Ellie Kriegers verson. Guess that folks are unfamiliar of a spicy forte. I don’t think cilantro is what add the punch to a traditional guac. where is the bite from the peppers. the onions need to be chunky, forget any lime or garlic and cumin. Regretable this is blah!
Tried this out myself to see if friends might enjoy wowowowo it is very tasty thanks for posting this really enjoy watching others enjoy this recipe.
