Made according to the recipe but 4 tablespoons is way too much lemon juice. Wish I had added it gradually. All you could taste is the lemon. Ruined 3 nice avocados (which cost more than gold now)!
Best guacamole I’ve ever made. Keeps very well if you have any left.
i always make this guacamole i put 2 Serrano
we love it! the only guac recipe i will make now!
very good and i bet it would have tasted better with the serrano but i didnt have one:(
I made this guacamole and it was so good, the flavor and taste was just like in the resturants. Loved it!!
Made this for me and my friend. Turned out fantastic! If you don’t have a food processor, you can use a blender but just know it wont be very chunky. But it all depends on how long and well you pulse it.
A great version of guacamole- just be careful not to put in too much lemon and salt! Just start with less and add by taste!
I had a craving for guacamole and this hit the spot! I used a whole serrano sans the seeds instead of half a pepper like the recipe called for and there wasn’t any heat. I think next time I’ll use 2 peppers for more heat. I didn’t measure the lemon or salt precisely but it turned out great regardless.
Absolutely delicious! I used serano pepper, and only half the lemon called for and added one small lime. I also mashed the avocado a bit. A HUGE hit at my party, everyone loved it and there was absolutely none left!
