Ingredients
- 4 (12-inch) flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup grated Cheddar, plus 1/4 cup
- 8 ounces sirloin steak, grilled to desired doneness and thinly sliced
- 1 to 2 tablespoons minced jalapeno
- 1/4 cup salsa, plus more for serving
- Vegetable oil, for cooking
- Cilantro sprigs, for garnish

- Lay out 2 of the flour tortillas on a flat surface. Top with 1/2 cup of the Cheddar, spreading evenly over the tortillas. Reviews
I made this for dinner and my family loved it!! Very easy to make and very good,
I made two. The first one got everywhere but that was my fault. I felt the inside was too simple and added guacamole, sour cream, cilantro, and sauted onion/garlic. It was very good. My boyfriend said its better than the mexican place we go to.
I am a novice when it comes to cooking. I was a little overwhelmed with the preparations, but I followed the recipe and the meal was outstanding. My wife loved it and she said that it was the best meal I had made. Thank you food network.
it was wonderful and verry tasty it senses each and every one of your taste buds.
