Delicious, since we love the taste of salmon. There’s nothing to prevent you from seasoning with whatever strikes your fancy, maybe a little garlic, soy sauce and lemon zest. Incredibly easy way to cook salmon, and best of all, NO CLEAN-UP!

This is the perfect way to cook fresh fish. Very simple ad the pure taste of the fish comes through.

You might as well eat this raw. There is no flavor, except for the salmon itself.

Why you would want to cook the fish like this is beyond me.
