Really tasty! Perfect if you need a quick gravy on the spot, and tastes way better than anything sold in the packets or jars 🙂

Excellent recipe. I made it vegan with BTB no-beef base and plant-based cream. Delicious.

Amazing to make with your meatloaf dinner!

Extremely easy! I needed to tweak seasoning to my liking but that’s no biggie. The only thing I wouldn’t use it for is Gumbo.

This is my new “tried and true” recipe. It’s quick, easy, and you can tweak the thickness and seasoning to your liking.

Wonderful! I added a little pepper and used half ‘n half instead of cream and it was so great!

Well finally decided to use the ground elk in the freezer to make a meatloaf but had no brown gravy..I know you put ketchup based sauce on it but we have been eating a lot of tomato based stuff this week thought I needed a break..plus I am making mashed potatoes to go with and brown gravy is always nice..this was actually very tasty! Added thyme and garlic powder and a dash of Worcestershire sauce and a shake of S & P during the cooking process..was surprised..think I like it better than the stuff in a jar..definitely a keeper.
