Ingredients

  1. 1 (1-ounce) packet instant oatmeal, unsweetened
  2. 1/2 cup hot milk or water
  3. 1 tablespoon almond butter
  4. 1 red apple, cored and roughly chopped
  5. 1/4 cup whole natural almonds
  6. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  7. 2 teaspoons honey

Instructions

  1. Empty oatmeal packet into a small serving bowl. Add hot milk or water and almond butter; stir. Top with chopped apples, almonds, cinnamon and honey.;
