Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- One 14-ounce bag coleslaw mix
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Whisk the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, sugar, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper together in a large bowl. Add the coleslaw mix, dill and parsley and toss. Let sit for 15 minutes. Toss again before serving.
