Ingredients
- 1/2 ounce Aperol
- 5 ounces prosecco
- Lemon twist, for garnish
Instructions
- Pour the Aperol into a chilled champagne flute and top with the prosecco. Garnish with a lemon twist.

I spent a semester abroad in Rome and everybody (locals and tourists alike) are drinking this. Just a splash of Aeperol goes a long way! Bear in mind it’s an acquired taste… meant to stimulate the appetite and ready the stomach for dinner.
Very tasty and also refreshing. Touring through Italy it was the one drink could you always count on to pick you up at the end of a day or touring. Anne has caught it perfectly. Love you Anne.
