Ingredients

  1. 1 shot vanilla vodka
  2. 1 shot hazelnut-flavored liqueur (recommended: Frangelico)
  3. 1/2 shot butterscotch schnapps
  4. Ice cubes
  5. 4 ounces ginger beer (recommended: Reed’s Ginger Brew)
  6. Float dark rum
  7. Gingerbread man cookie (recommended: Pepperidge Farm), for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pour first 3 ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well. Strain into high ball glass or any 8-ounce glass filled with ice. Top with ginger beer. Pour a little dark rum over the back of a spoon and float on top of the ginger beer. Garnish with a gingerbread man cookie.

Yummo! Take a bite of gingerbread cookie then a sip of the cocktail, perfection.

Everyone loved them, including those who do not like gingerbread cookies. Measure correctly to avoid too strong of a drink. The ginger beer gives a nice kick.
