A delicious summer dish can be made by combining peas, asparagus, and herbs like mint and basil. On a sweltering summer day, I love to eat this dish! Fits perfectly with a glass of Riesling that is crisp and grilled fish. Use a food processor to finely chop herbs to save preparation time.

Ingredients
- ½ pound radishes, trimmed
- 1 ½ teaspoons Montreal steak seasoning
- 2 tablespoons cold butter, cut into chunks
Instructions
- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat.
- Cut radishes in half. If the radishes are very large, cut them into quarters. Place radishes on a large piece of heavy-duty foil. Sprinkle with Montreal steak seasoning and scatter butter chunks over radishes. Fold the sides of the aluminum foil in to form a sealed packet.
- Place foil packet on the grill, close lid, and grill for 15 minutes, flipping every 5 minutes. If you like the radishes extra caramelized, grill for 3 to 5 minutes longer.
