Grilled Lemon Pepper Radishes

This basic recipe was handed down to me by my mother and grandmother and will teach you how to prepare short ribs. I made a small tweak, and you can too. For instance, virtually any liquid is suitable for braising beef ribs. Every time, the short ribs are cooked for hours in a fragrant broth and come out tasty and tender.

Ingredients

  1. 12 ounces radishes, trimmed and halved
  2. 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
  3. 2 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat.
  2. Place radishes on a sheet of foil. Sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning over the radishes and scatter butter over the top. Seal the foil into a packet.
  3. Place packet on the grill and cook for 10 minutes. Shake packet and grill until radishes are tender, about 8 more minutes.
