On Halloween, what could be better than warm, oozing rat guts? A meatloaf that is quick and simple to prepare and that kids can eat on the go! You’re welcome to substitute your family’s favorite recipe in place of the basic one I’ve provided. To change up the appearance, substitute pearl onions for the olives. The French fried onion crust will resemble burned fur! The “guts” should seep out when you cut it and leave a significant impact.
