So deliciously good and just what I was craving but is also healthy unlike all those fat snacks and desserts.

when i first saw this recipe, i was so excited to make it. I am a BIG watermelon fan and i thought i would love it. But when i did make it, i thought it was way way way too sweet for me. i didn’t cut any of the sugar so maybe that’s why it turned out to be too sweet

It is awesome. I have to say, Ileft out the mint as I’m not a fan of mint in anything. My grandchildren also likes it.

Was too sweet, cut sugar in half. Did not like the taste of watermelon. I make it because it looked so pretty. But did not really care for the taste of the watermelon. I know this woul taste better with a different fruit.

i was very excited to be making this sorbet because i just love watermelon but i did not like this, i made this for me and my family and my family didnt like this either. I love watching Down Home with the neelys because how they do it is funny and interesting of what they do. I didnt like the idea of in the ingredients saying to get a 3pound watermelon because the rind of hte watermelon is different every time. The one i used had a rind of about 1centimeter as some i used had about 1inch and the rind adds alot of weight. With this recipe i did not find the wonderful watermelon flavor that i find as eating just plain watermelon. I wont be making this recipe again but i still love watching Down Home with the Neelys.

I was so excited to make this recipe. I read the reviews before i started and took the advice of only using half the amount of sugar.
However, it didnt quite work out.
It was still really sweet and after 4 hours of being in the freezer, it hadn’t set.
I’m hoping it will overnight, but I can already see the flavor wasnt really what I wanted.
i dont know if i would try to make it again. It was a waste of a really good watermelon!

This recipe was okay. I could do without the mint and a little less sugar. My husband liked it and ate the whole bowl.

We have served this at many parties. Everyone always requests the recipe.
I made it in an ice cream freezer. Great job Neelys, keep ’em coming!
