Ingredients

  1. 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  2. 1 teaspoon baking soda
  3. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  4. ½ teaspoon salt
  5. 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
  6. ¾ cup diced strawberries
  7. ½ cup white sugar
  8. ½ cup brown sugar
  9. ½ cup vegetable oil
  10. ½ cup semisweet chocolate chips
  11. 2 large eggs, lightly beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Whisk flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt together in a large bowl.
  3. Mix bananas, strawberries, both sugars, oil, chocolate chips, and eggs together in a medium bowl. Add to flour mixture and mix until well combined. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 1 hour.
