What a hit! I was wanting a satisfying, watermelon drink. My three boys, which love watermelon and can go through a lot of drink. Loved this! I use Sprite zero since I have a type one diabetic and he loved it. It was fantastic. For the adults this would be great with margarita mix or just tequila

I love this recipe. It is very cooling and refreshing, and I will be making it all year. I’m always looking for watermelon recipes, and this one now will move to the top of the list. I made it several times already. One of the times I got a watermelon that wasn’t as sweet so I just added Stevia sugar substitute to make it sweeter. I’m going to experiment to see if I can replace all the sugar with an equivalent sugar substitute for when my sugar counting friends come over. Love your recipes Ingrid, and love your down to earth personality and energy!

When I’m looking for a recipe I generally check out the ratings. I just wanted to let Clueless and Too Sweet (not) know that all the ratings for this recipe were excellent.
Both of you brought it down to 4 stars. You weren’t rating the recipe you only bashed Ingrid, Why bother?

I watched today’s program and will make this menu for my Monthly Dinner Club groupl.. As far as Ms. Hoffman being a “copy” of anything but herself. Please know that she still has a show on the Spanish Network…before she came to Food Network and she has the same energy and pizazz..because she is genuine!..Not a clone,,,

Love the program, love the recipies!

This recipe was yummy. I find it sad though that when I come on here to see if others agreed, I find very mean and childish comments about a human being that they do not know, before you bash another human being, try reading what you are clicking on- because I believe it is to “rate the recipe”, not be a cruel, mean person! Get a hobby instead of wasting your time on stupidity and nonsense, how about learning to enhance the recipe and posting that for us to read!

I think this drink is very delicious and refreshing. Enjoyed it very much!!! Not sure why everyone is being so mean and cruel; jealousy comes to mind. And if you are going to criticize, at least use correct grammar and spelling!!! Ingrid is a ray of sunshine…..keep up the good work!!!
