Sweet potato may not be the first thing that comes to mind when you think about juicing, but we love it combined with pear and cinnamon. Sweet potatoes are a great source of potassium and beta carotene-which your body can convert to vitamin A (good for the skin and night vision). Be sure to drink your juice as soon as possible after it’s made for the most nutritious bang. Adding chia seeds helps replace the fiber that is lost in the juicing process.

Reviews
I tried this recipe as an experiment with my friendss and they HATED IT. I thought it was okay, but very starchy. If you let it sit for a bit, it tastes better. It gave my friends diarrhea. We had to call in a plumber to fish out his buttermilk pancakes.
It’s a bit starchy but I let it settle for a few hours and the texture is vastly improved. BTW, the Breville Juice Fountain Plus handles the sweet potato.
