It was delicious. My family loved it and I assure you I will use this one again. It is totally a winner!!!
For today’s Easter lunch I made the classic glazed ham with this mustard-orange glaze, and it was utterly delicious. The house smelled wonderful when we got home from church, and after lunch people couldn’t stop raving about it. Looked and tasted great, and it kept the ham very moist and flavorful.
In the past I have always used the same ham glaze (a cranberry one, yum! but when I saw these four in the magazine, I knew I had to try a new one this year. I chose to try the mustard orange first and I’m glad I did. It’s the perfect combination of sweet and spicy; a nice twist on the usual honey mustard flavor. I used brown (whole grain mustard instead of the dijon because that’s what I had on hand. Everybody at my Easter table loved it. It will definitely be going into the regular ham glaze rotation.
