This refreshing non-alcoholic drink is incredibly popular in Mexican restaurants. While this drink is made by blending melon with sugar and ice, you can sub in different fruits. We added a splash of lime juice to brighten up the flavors.

Ingredients
- 14 cups cubed melon, from 2 cantaloupes, honeydews, or crenshaws
- 3 cups water
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
- 3 tablespoons sugar, or to taste
- 2 tablespoons mild honey
Instructions
- Ice cubes
- Puree all the ingredients, except the ice, in a blender, in 2 batches, until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher. Pour into glasses filled with ice and serve.
