Instructions
- Toss 1 cup each diced mango and black beans with 1/4 cup diced red onion. Add 2 tablespoons each chopped pickled jalapenos and the liquid from the jar, chopped cilantro and lime juice. Season with salt. Serve in tortilla scoops.

it’s exactly the snack i was looking for. its very filling, so you don’t have to make a ton to get a decent snack and very simple to make : i didn’t use the jalapenos or its juices but it still turned out nice.
Great on pork or fish tacos. I don’t agree that it’s “boring”…the ingredients are fresh and simple. The way it should be with a snack/topping.
I made it just like it says and the church ladies loved it, They loved it so much i now have to make it for the church meetings every wed. night lol
Really easy and super yummy. Try it on Talapia too. Yummy!
