Delicious treat. Combined mango & strawberry for a change in flavour. Used 3oz paper cup with popsicle stick to make a perfect serving size.
I made this in a cute little bowl and added a strawberry mango compote on top. I served it a dinner party and everyone loved them. These were so delicious and easy to make, I will definitely make again.
These popsicles are absolutely delicious! The only thing I would say is not to use a posicle mold and to use the paper cups. The end result did not yield very willingly from the molds. I am going to try freezing the mixture in a container and scooping it out to serve like gelato.
Made these last night using frozen peaches. They are delicious. Just the right amount of sweet, fruity, creamy and just a little spice. Will make them again for sure. My son loved them.
