Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons salted butter, at room temperature
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
- 1/4 teaspoon red chile flakes
- Grated zest of 1 lemon
- 1 clove garlic, finely grated
- Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a small bowl, add the butter, mint, parsley, tarragon, chile flakes, lemon zest, garlic and black pepper to taste and mash it up with a fork. Transfer to a ramekin.
