Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds chopped honeydew melon, about 1/2 medium melon
- 1 (15-ounce) can cream of coconut
- Rum
- Crushed ice
Instructions
- Put the melon, cream of coconut, rum, to taste, and about 2 cups of crushed ice in a blender. Puree until smooth. Pour into serving glasses and serve.

“Excellent frozen delight” We froze the melons and added lots of Malibu and Bacardi Rums-everything else to the recipe. We used our Margaritaville machine. They were better than most bars, superb!

I’ve been looking for cream of coconut for MONTHS so I can try this drink! I looked by the evaporated milk, I looked in the ethnic isle (by coconut milk), and I looked by canned fruit. Finally, I was getting stuff for strawberry daiquiris, and there it was! By the drink mixers. Didn’t even think to look there! Very refreshing drink! Definitely a keeper!
I didn’t add the rum, but did everything else. It was so easy to make. This drink was so good and sweet.
