Chicken Salad with Grapes and Pecans

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups chicken meat, cooked, chopped
  2. 1 1/2 cups California seedless table grapes, rinsed and cut in half
  3. 1/4 cup celery, diced
  4. 1 cup pecans, toasted and coarsely chopped
  5. 2 tablespoons basil, fresh, chopped
  6. 1/2 cup green onions, thinly sliced
  7. 1 cup mayonnaise
  8. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  9. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, ground
  10. 1 tablespoon lemon Juice, fresh

Instructions

  1. Combine all salad ingredients in bowl and mix well.
  2. This works great with rotisserie chicken from the deli counter!

I live in Mexico. I cant get a lot of the same things here BUT this was wonderful. We dont have the lemon juice here so I left it out. This was really good, reminded me of Arby’s chicken salad.
