Ingredients

  1. 4 cups cold water
  2. 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  3. Splash pomegranate juice, or any natural juice
  4. Lime wedge

Instructions

  1. Add the water, chia seeds, pomegranate juice and a lime wedge to a glass, stirring to combine.
  2. The longer the chia seeds sit in the water, the more gelatinous they will get!
