Ingredients
- 1 to 1 1/4 pounds frozen seasoned curly fries
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Colby-Monterey Jack blend
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 3/4 cup half-and-half, plus more as needed
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing

These are so good
Awesome fries! There was quite a bit of cheese sauce. I would either add more fries or decrease the cheese sauce to half. Other ingredient ratios were good.
OMG! This was so delicious. We didn’t have fresh herbs so we used dried. And since neither of us like cilantro we used parsley. We just put the parsley into the cheese sauce while it was heating. We also deep fried the fries instead of baking. We also did not have sriracha sauce like I thought we did. My husband used kraft chipotle sauce and I used nothing. We have a lot of everything left except the fries (we love fries). So we’ll be buying more fries and sriracha sauce to eat this again. And then more after that to make it again.
Love it
