Chili-Pork Home Fries

Ingredients

  1. 2 pounds shredded home fries (store-bought okay), cooked crisp
  2. 2 pounds pulled pork (store-bought okay), heated
  3. 2 pounds chili (store-bought okay), heated
  4. 8 ounces Cheddar, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Put the cooked home fries on a baking sheet or in a cast-iron skillet.
  3. Top with pulled pork to cover completely, then top with the chili.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded cheese all over the top of the chili. Place in the oven just long enough to melt the cheese, 2 to 3 minutes. Serve.
